Lately the Bleach manga has had me almost disapointed. The Espada seem horribly misranked, Szayel Aporro who is number 8, which should imply that he is weak but he has a new power every other week, he has fought and kept at bay Ishida, Renji, Dondo Chakka, Pesshe, Nemu and Mayuri.

And then Zomari Le Roux made no sense, he claimed he was the fastest espada and yet his power had nothing to do with speed, and also if he had fought any other Captain he would have even been a challenge to Kenpachi, but Byakuya was the perfect opponent.
